End User Computing (EUC) Administrator
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operation of end-user computing platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners, and peripherals
Perform device management activities using tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and SOTI
Support device provisioning, configuration, refresh, and decommissioning, including Windows Autopilot and standard department device setups
Support operating system updates and patching for end-user devices, including application packaging, testing, and maintaining compatibility across updates
Support Windows, macOS, Linux (as needed for specific teams), and 10ZiG endpoint devices used in manufacturing or specialized environments
Monitor and troubleshoot Intune and JAMF health issues that impact device enrollment, compliance, configuration, or manufacturing reliability
Provide advanced endpoint support for issues escalated from Desktop or Service Desk teams
Partner with Network, Security, Server, and other IT teams to resolve device-related issues
Support end-user audiovisual (AV) solutions and participate in AV-related projects, including vendor coordination and device deployment
Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours incidents impacting manufacturing operations and business users
Qualifications
Required
Experience supporting end-user devices and operating systems in an enterprise IT environment
Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar
Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, operating systems, and endpoint configuration
Clear communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting devices in manufacturing or operational environments
Experience with application packaging or endpoint configuration management
Exposure to Active Directory or Entra ID
Basic familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell)
Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
