About the RoleWe are seeking Vision Data Specialists to support the development of next-generation AI and computer vision models. This role will focus on labeling and validating image and video datasets used to train machine learning systems. Specialists will perform high-volume annotation tasks including bounding boxes, object segmentation, classification, object tracking, and quality review while adhering to detailed project guidelines.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can consistently make accurate decisions when working with large-scale visual datasets.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.IS Labeling, Mapping, QA/QC, or Data Annotation experience.Ability to consistently apply detailed annotation guidelines and make accurate labeling decisions across:Bounding BoxesObject ClassificationImage SegmentationObject TrackingVisual QA ValidationExperience performing detail-oriented image, video, quality control, or visual analysis work where accuracy and consistency were critical.Strong visual pattern recognition skills with the ability to identify objects, attributes, movements, and anomalies across large image and video datasets.Experience working within quality-driven environments where performance is measured through accuracy, precision, throughput, and compliance metrics.Ability to identify ambiguous cases, escalate inconsistencies, and adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and annotation standards.Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new annotation tools, workflows, and AI data platforms quickly.Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written communication skills and ability to document rationale for annotation decisions.Demonstrated ability to accept and incorporate feedback through calibration sessions, quality audits, and continuous improvement processes.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on autonomous vehicle, robotics, aerial imagery, security camera, geospatial, or machine vision projects.Experience with multimodal AI datasets (image, video, audio, text).Experience performing annotation quality audits.Familiarity with computer vision concepts and machine learning data pipelines.Experience with RLHF or Generative AI evaluation programs.Additional language proficiency.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAccurately annotate computer vision datasets using:Bounding boxesSemantic and instance segmentationClassification and categorizationObject trackingVisual quality validationReview visual content and apply project-specific guidelines consistently.Identify edge cases and escalate ambiguous labeling scenarios.Maintain high levels of quality, consistency, and productivity.Participate in quality audits and calibration exercises.Collaborate with peers and leads to improve annotation workflows.Provide feedback on tooling, workflows, and annotation processes.Complete assignments within service-level expectations and project deadlines.Adapt to evolving project requirements and labeling standards.
