Job DetailsIQ Resource Group is hiring a Pre-finish/Production Worker in Elk River, Minnesota!Location: Elk River, MNShift: Warehouse Worker- Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pmPay: $19.00 an hourWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our finishing operation by preparing raw wood materials and keeping production running efficiently. This is a hands-on "swing" role that plays a key part in ensuring high-quality finished products.Job ResponsibilitiesHand sand, scuff, and prep raw wood surfaces for finishingFill nail holes, knots, and surface imperfections to ensure quality standards are metFeed and maintain a consistent flow of material into the production lineMove and stage raw materials from the warehouse to prep and production areasAssist with shop cleanup and help maintain a clean, dust-controlled finishing environmentSupport the lead operator and production team as neededQualificationsBasic experience working with wood, hand tools, or in a shop/production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to stay productive in a fast-paced manufacturing settingReliable, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed
