Retail Channel Support Manager

The Retail Channel Support Manager supports carrier retail partners by overseeing merchandising execution, budget management, launch planning, and cross functional coordination. This role ensures retail strategies align with partner distribution models while driving smooth product launches, operational efficiency, and strong field execution. Responsibilities: Inspect and monitor merchandising and display device spend versus allocated budgetSupport planning of space and planograms with carrier partnersManage critical launch planning and timelines with carriers, vendors, and internal teamsManage security partner relationships including funding and approvalsTrack timing and scheduling of partner merchandising resetsAdjust company strategy to align with carrier partner distribution modelsCoordinate and consolidate field insights to inform planning and execution QualificationsThree or more years of supply chain management experienceExperience managing and tracking budgets and financialsBachelor's degreeExperience working with multiple accounts and operational programsStrong cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to lead project work and drive end to end planningAbility to establish and improve business cadence including planning, budgeting, and business reviewsExperience setting and improving processes, monitoring execution, and driving accountability and visibility against goalsAdaptability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving consumer environment and make decisive decisions when neededProficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelUnderstanding of retail development, store systems, and in store equipment strongly preferred Top 3 Skills: 1.) Supply chain management and logisticsYou have hands on experience coordinating supply chain and logistics operations, including managing product flow, launch timelines, merchandising assets, and partner dependencies. You work closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on time delivery, retail readiness, and efficient execution across multiple accounts.2.) Budget management and forecastingYou have experience managing, tracking, and forecasting budgets related to retail operations, merchandising, and partner funding. You consistently monitor spend versus allocated budgets, identify risks or variances, and make informed adjustments to maintain financial discipline while supporting business priorities.3.) Product road mappingYou have experience contributing to or managing product roadmaps by aligning launch plans, retail readiness activities, and key milestones. You collaborate across teams to ensure launches are well coordinated, timelines are met, and risks are addressed early.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
