Division Controller - Manufacturing

🚨 Now Hiring: Division Controller | Bordentown, NJ (Onsite) 🚨A well-established $65MM manufacturing organization backed by a publicly traded parent company is seeking a Division Controller to lead the finance and accounting function for its New Jersey operation.This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on, upwardly mobile finance leader who wants to own the full accounting function, partner closely with operations leadership, and help drive strategic growth within a global organization.What You’ll Do:• Lead all plant-level accounting and finance operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow• Manage and mentor a local accounting team of 4• Serve as the primary finance business partner to site leadership and operations management• Oversee inventory/cost accounting, revenue recognition, A/R, A/P, and general ledger activities• Deliver monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, and operational insights• Support annual budget process, capital planning, and profitability analysis• Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to internal controls / US GAAP• Coordinate with external auditors and corporate finance leadership• Manage consolidated reporting for domestic and international entitiesWhat We’re Looking For:• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience• Manufacturing industry experience required• Publicly traded company experience strongly preferred• SOX/internal controls exposure required• Strong cost accounting and operational finance background• Proven leadership ability with a willingness to be hands-on• CPA and/or MBA preferred• ERP experience; strong Excel skills requiredWhy This Role:• Visible leadership role with direct exposure to corporate executives• Opportunity to make immediate impact and build a strong team• Stable manufacturing platform with growth backing• Strong compensation package💰 Compensation: Up to $200K base + 15% bonus📍 Location: Bordentown, NJ (Onsite)If you're an Accounting Manager ready for the next step—or a Controller who still likes to roll up their sleeves—I’d love to connect confidentially.📩 Message me directly or email your resume.
