Don't wait... apply today!**Job Description:****Responsibilities**+ Lead the execution and daily management of social media activities across multiple Mattel brand channels, including content publishing, scheduling, and optimization+ Moderate and engage with audiences across owned social platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner+ Collaborate closely with internal brand, marketing, and creative teams to ensure social content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice+ Support the development of social media campaigns designed to drive engagement, community growth, and conversion+ Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform content ideas and engagement strategies+ Track and report on social performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns+ Assist in maintaining social media calendars and ensuring consistent, high-quality content delivery across platforms+ Help ensure integration of social media efforts across paid, earned, and owned marketing channels**Qualifications**+ 2-5 years of professional experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts+ Hands-on experience moderating and engaging with online communities across major social platforms+ Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform nuances, and audience engagement tactics+ Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brands+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment+ Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, digital culture, and consumer engagement+ Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, or agency partners is a plus**Preferred Experience**+ Experience supporting global or multi-brand social media accounts+ Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools+ Background in entertainment, consumer products, or lifestyle brands**Are you interested ?
