Project Manager For Gen AI ProjectsHighly skilled Project Manager to lead our GEN AI projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including backend architecture, front-end, design, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating with both IT and business, including working closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee GEN AI projects across multiple teams.Facilitate communication between backend architecture, front-end, design teams, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.Provide weekly status reports and present to the steering committee.Track and resolve issues promptly.Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.Utilize various project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and MS Project to track work progress.Adapt to changing project priorities and manage adjustments smoothly.Apply agile methodologies and sprint processes to manage project lifecycle.Drive process improvements as necessary to enhance project outcomes.Maintain a high level of energy and proactivity in managing project tasks.Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey project status and needs.Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving the project towards speedy delivery.Qualifications:Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on AI or technology-related projects.Familiarity with agile frameworks and sprint processes.Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work proactively and respond to changing priorities.Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, ADO, and MS Project.Commitment to driving process improvement and operational excellence.Energetic and proactive approach to project management.Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
