Senior Full Stack EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications and backend services. You will take ownership of features across the entire stack, collaborate with product and design to deliver impactful user experiences, and help shape our architecture and engineering practices. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic engineer with deep TypeScript expertise, a strong sense of system design and quality, and the ability to mentor others.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain full-stack features and services using TypeScript and modern web frameworks.Build and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces; collaborate with designers to translate UX requirements into production-ready code.Develop backend services and APIs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.Contribute to system architecture and drive technical decisions that improve maintainability and developer productivity.Write clean, well-tested code and maintain high standards through code reviews and automated testing.Own the end-to-end delivery of features including deployment, monitoring, and incident response.Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement observability and logging.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and prioritize work.Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, help grow engineering best practices across the team.Document designs, APIs, and operational runbooks; participate in postmortems and continuous improvement processes.QualificationsStrong, demonstrable experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling.Proven experience building web applications using React or similar libraries and familiarity with component-driven UI development.Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, REST/GraphQL, browser rendering, performance optimization, security best practices).Experience designing and building backend services, databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and experience mentoring or leading technical efforts.Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Nice to have: experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and routing, Golang for backend services, or Rust for systems-level components.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVisionBonusTelecommute Email Your Resume In Word ToLauren.Formby@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
