Senior Financial Reporting Analyst – Solver & Dynamics Financials Expert

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Reporting Analyst with deep expertise in Solver (BI360) and Microsoft Dynamics Financial modules (GP, NAV, or Business Central). This role is responsible for building and maintaining high-impact financial reports and models to support executive decision-making, FP&A processes, and financial compliance.You’ll lead efforts to optimize reporting workflows, enhance visibility into financial performance, and improve data integration across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of financial and operational reports using Solver (BI360) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Financials (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting).Serve as the in-house SME for Solver reporting and Dynamics data integration.Maintain and optimize reporting workflows, ensuring data integrity and performance.Translate business and finance needs into scalable reporting solutions supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Oversee data integration between Dynamics and Solver, including troubleshooting and enhancement.Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Executive teams to provide insightful analysis and reporting.Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on Solver configuration, data models, and reporting best practices.Support Solver upgrades, enhancements, and data warehouse optimizations.Provide mentorship to junior analysts and partner closely with IT, Accounting, and FP&A teams.
