SAP Project Manager S/4HANA UpgradeLocation: La Verne, CA (Onsite Local candidates only)Start Date: ImmediateRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4HANA upgrade project in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed multiple upgrade projects (minimum of 5) and possess deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, project management methodologies, and pharmaceutical industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA upgrade initiatives.Manage all phases of the project including initiation, design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and quality standards.Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and ensure timely delivery.Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.Manage resource planning, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.Required QualificationsMinimum 810 years of SAP Project Management experience.5+ successful SAP upgrade projects (ECC to S/4HANA preferred).Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Local to La Verne, CA onsite presence required.
