Load Balancer Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Load Balancer Engineer to lead the modification, installation, and support of a complex hybrid infrastructure for a major public sector organization in Downey, CA. This role is critical for managing high-traffic F5 environments and executing cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.What You Will Do:Architect & Maintain: Lead the installation and configuration of F5 VIPRION hardware and virtual systems.Traffic Management: Manage LTM and GTM functions, including creating virtual servers, pools, monitors, and complex iRules.Cloud Integration: Support load balancing for cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud).Network Support: Provide high-level troubleshooting for Cisco network equipment within an enterprise environment.Optimization: Perform regular system health checks, upgrades, and SSL acceleration/HTTP compression tuning.What You Need:F5 Expertise: Deep knowledge of F5 VIPRION (LTM/GTM) and experience migrating from physical to virtual F5 environments.Cisco Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator configuring and troubleshooting Cisco equipment.Cloud Proficiency: 2+ years of experience with cloud-based load balancers and network systems.Scripting: Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting iRules.Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.Apply Today:If you are a specialist in F5 architecture and thrive in large-scale enterprise environments, please apply with your updated resume.
