This role oversees local Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams while partnering with senior leadership to support broader organizational goals.The Branch Manager is expected to build accountability, improve processes, and elevate branch performance—not just maintain day‑to‑day operations. Leadership is seeking someone who can create momentum and help position the location for scalable future growth.Responsibilities:Lead branch operations — Oversee daily workflow, customer responsiveness, inventory activity, and overall execution.Develop and coach the team — Provide hands‑on leadership for a 4–5 person team, building accountability, consistency, and a proactive culture.Drive branch growth — Partner with sales leadership, support customer relationships, and help build the infrastructure for long‑term expansion.Strengthen culture — Reinforce a high‑energy, customer‑first environment modeled after top‑performing branches.Improve processes — Identify operational challenges, remove roadblocks, and implement improvements to support scalability.Support strategic expansion — Help position the branch as a growth platform for the surrounding region.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $70k-$80k (based on candidate experience, leadership background)Projected Year One Earnings: $100k+ Health, vision, dentalCompany-paid dental and visionCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%Company-paid vacation
