Nothing is pulled from a catalog.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are expanding our hospitality sales division and seeking a small number of senior, well-connected independent representatives across three distinct brand divisions — luxury, lifestyle, and spa.This is the detail that changes everything for the right representative.Most brands lock their reps into one lane. One price point. One type of buyer. One conversation. Jenwey does not.Because we operate three brand divisions, our representatives can capture the entire hospitality market — not just a slice of it. The luxury division opens the door to five-star resorts, flagship hotel groups, and fine dining programs. The lifestyle division speaks to boutique hotels, design-forward cafés, restaurant groups, museums, and corporate office programs. The spa division is built for wellness retreats, resort spas, medical spas, and integrative health programs.Three brands. Three buyer profiles. One partnership.The same representative can walk into a Ritz-Carlton, a trendy neighborhood café, and a premier wellness retreat — in the same week, in the same city — and have the right product for every conversation. No door is closed. No account is out of reach. No tier of the hospitality market is off the table.This is not a niche opportunity. This is a full-market opportunity dressed in luxury.WHAT YOU WILL DOOpen doors. Make introductions. Close accounts — across any and every tier of the hospitality market.Your engagement with Jenwey is structured around your strengths. Representatives may work at the introduction-only tier — opening doors and handing off to the founder for closing — or at the full sales tier, managing the account from introduction through close, or as a hybrid of both. Compensation is structured accordingly.The three-division structure means your existing relationships are almost certainly already an asset. If your book skews luxury resort, the luxury division is your entry point. If you're stronger in cafés, restaurants, and boutique hotels, the lifestyle division is where you lead. If your network runs through spa directors, wellness operators, and integrative health programs, the spa division was built for you. And if your book spans all three — you have the single broadest earning potential of any representative in this program.You will represent a brand that does not apologize for its pricing, does not compete on volume, and does not need to justify its sourcing. The product sells. Your job is to put it in front of the right people.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThis is a senior-level partnership. Not an entry-level role. Not a generalist opportunity.The ideal Jenwey representative is one or more of the following:— An independent rep currently representing complementary luxury hospitality categories: linens, amenities, glassware, tabletop, coffee, wine, spirits, fragrance, or wellness products— A former hotel, resort, or restaurant operator — General Manager, F&B Director, Spa Director, Director of Operations — with an intact rolodex of decision-makers— An independent hospitality or F&B consultant with active client engagements— A boutique sales agency owner with an existing roster of luxury hospitality accounts— A connector whose introductions actually get returned, even if direct sales is not their primary functionYou walk into five-star properties and are greeted by name. You understand that selling at the luxury tier is a long game and a relationship business. You are comfortable with consultative selling, longer sales cycles, and larger contract values. You are comfortable representing a brand that does not discount, does not compete on price, and does not apologize for either.You are not a fit if you require a base salary, are looking for a side hustle, have no prior hospitality or luxury sales experience, or expect Jenwey to provide outbound leads.We would rather have three exceptional representatives than thirty average ones.COMPENSATION — ACROSS ALL THREE DIVISIONS100% commission with lifetime residuals on every account, across every division, for the full duration of the Jenwey–account partnership.Because you can represent all three brand divisions simultaneously, your residual income compounds across multiple market segments. A single representative with relationships across luxury, lifestyle, and spa is building three parallel income streams from one partnership.Tiered compensation structure:— Introduction tier: for representatives who open doors and hand off to the founder for closing— Full sales tier: for representatives who manage the account from introduction through close— Hybrid arrangements considered for representatives with mixed booksNo cap. No clawback. No expiration on residuals. Specific commission rates and residual structures are tailored to each representative's tier, territory, and book of business, and discussed in the first conversation.WHAT WE PROVIDE— Direct access to the Founder & Tea Master, who personally closes 97% of pitched accounts and will support every qualified opportunity, including co-pitches on flagship accounts— Full sales collateral: brand decks, division-specific pitch materials, case studies from current partners, and sample programs— Custom proposal development for qualified accounts, prepared by the Jenwey team — you are never sent into a pitch with generic materials— Tea and brand education calibrated to your tier: lighter brand training for introduction-only representatives, comprehensive product immersion for full-sales representatives— Ongoing seasonal collection updates, new partnership announcements, and refreshed talking points so you always lead with current materials— No proprietary information shared. Representatives are never given access to Jenwey's blends, sourcing details, formulations, or trade secrets. You sell the partnership and the experience.
