Simultaneously, the company is collaborating with Coinbase to explore the blockchain and Web3 space and drive the development of the digital payments ecosystem, providing innovative solutions for the future of travel.Job OverviewThe Senior Marketing / Growth Strategist reports directly to the CMO / Chief Marketing Officer and is a core role for market growth and user strategy in the New York branch.This position is responsible for designing and executing advanced growth strategies, optimizing marketing campaigns, and improving user conversion rates to help the branch quickly acquire high-value customers and market share in the US market.The ideal candidate should be a senior marketing expert with a strategic vision, data-driven approach, and growth mindset, capable of driving market growth and brand building in a fast-paced startup environment.**Key Responsibilities:**Develop and execute growth strategies and marketing plans for branch offices to enhance brand awareness and customer conversion rates.Analyze market data, user behavior, and competitive dynamics to provide data-driven marketing strategies and optimization solutions.Collaborate with business development, sales, and operations teams to design high-value customer marketing campaigns and promotional programs.Manage social media, digital advertising, and content marketing campaigns to improve user engagement and satisfaction.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns, optimizing budgets and resource allocation.Support the company's marketing and brand communication in digital payments and blockchain/Web3 related businesses.Provide strategic advice to the CMO and participate in long-term growth planning for the brand and products.**Qualifications:**Previous experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Strategy Manager, or Growth Lead in the technology, travel, or related industries, with a salary of $200K+ per year. Experience preferred.
