Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians (BTs) - Winter Haven, FL We’re growing and excited to welcome caring, motivated RBTs and Behavior Technicians to our ABA team in Dundee, FL! Where You’ll Work: In home and school settings, supporting children and families where it matters most What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in engaging, child-centered ways Implement individualized behavior plans with BCBA support Collect data and celebrate meaningful progress Collaborate with a positive, supportive clinical team Pay, Growth & Schedule: $18/hr starting pay for Behavior Technicians without certification $20/hr starting pay for certified RBTs First performance and pay review at 90 days Ongoing performance reviews and raise opportunities every 6 months Raises up to 6% based on performance Full-time, flexible schedules available between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM What We Offer: Paid training and RBT certification support Ongoing supervision and mentorship A welcoming, team-focused work environment Opportunities for long-term growth and career advancement What We’re Looking For: RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children is a plus Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn If you’re looking for more than just a job and want to be part of a team that truly cares, apply today — we’d love to meet you!
