Epic HIM Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic HIM Analyst to support a large healthcare organization’s Health Information Management (HIM) initiatives. This individual will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support Epic HIM applications, optimize workflows, and assist with ongoing enhancements, support, and project-based work across the Epic environment.Must Haves: Epic HIM Certification (required)5+ years of hands-on Epic HIM Analyst experience in a healthcare environmentExperience supporting and configuring Epic HIM modules/applicationsStrong understanding of healthcare workflows and HIM operationsExperience with system build, testing, troubleshooting, and production supportAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to haves: Experience within large enterprise healthcare environmentsPrior experience supporting integrations, upgrades, or large-scale Epic initiativesExperience working in Agile or project-based delivery environmentsAdditional Epic certifications are a plus
