Dps PaymentsDenver, CORemoteL4 MidSeptember 23rd, 2026
Read This Part FirstMost POS jobs are ticket queues. You close what's in front of you, you go home, and a year later you know exactly what you knew when you started. This is not that. We're looking for the person who wants to become the best restaurant POS technician in the country — and is willing to do the reps to get there. You'll touch every major platform, every kind of restaurant, and every failure mode, at volume. If you're the kind of person who reopens a system you already fixed because you want to know why it broke, keep reading.About UsDPS Payments is a New York–based merchant services and business funding company. We fund multi-location restaurant, bar, and nightclub owners across the country, set up their point-of-sale systems, and support them for the life of the relationship. We add about 30 locations a month and we're building to hold this business forever — which means the quality of your installs compounds for years. The JobYou own deployment. Once a merchant is approved, the file is yours until every location is live and taking payments. You program the systems, get the hardware out, schedule the install, and support our field technician on site by phone while he installs. You're measured on two things: days from Boarded to Live, and installs completed correctly on the first visit. Target is live within 7 days, first visit every time. Those two numbers are your scoreboard. They're public, they're yours alone, and they're how you'll know you're getting better. What You'll DoProgram terminals and POS systems: menus, modifiers, floor plans, course and seat firing, kitchen printer and KDS routing, server prompts, tips and gratuity, cash discount and surcharge setup, multi-station networkingConfirm hardware specs with the sales rep, place the order, track the shipmentSchedule installation directly with the owner or GMSupport our field technician live by phone during the install — you're his backup, not a message he sends laterConfirm the first batch settles, then hand the file to FinanceWrite down what you learn. Every fix you document becomes the playbook the next technician runs.
