Overview In this role you lead a team of Project & Program Managers to develop a major weapon system, translating strategic vision into executable programs. You will maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance, ensuring on-time delivery within an approved baseline. You engage cross-functional partners and customers, driving risk management and quality in a defense program with a strong focus on safeguarding the warfighter. You shape program strategy, mentor leaders, and uphold Textron best practices and AS9100 standards, delivering impactful results in a mission-driven environment.
