Assistant Produce Manager The Assistant Produce Manager supports the Produce Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Produce Department. This role helps ensure the highest standards of product quality, freshness, merchandising, and customer service while upholding Mother's Market's commitment to organic, natural, and sustainably sourced foods. The Assistant Produce Manager leads by example, supports team members, and helps maintain an inviting and well-organized department.
