Customer Service Specialist - HOURLY PAY We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Responsibilities: • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Interact face-to-face with homeowners • Educate customers on solar benefits, government incentives, and savings programs • Collect basic information from homeowners to help schedule consultations • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during in-person interactions • Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance coaching sessions • Represent Semper SolR's values with integrity, clarity, and confidence Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Strong people skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners in person • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Energetic and professional presentation • Ability to work outdoors and walk designated routes Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly• Interact face-to-face with homeowners • Educate customers on solar benefits, government incentives, and savings programs • Collect basic information from homeowners to help schedule consultations • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during in-person interactions • Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance coaching sessions • Represent Semper SolR's values with integrity, clarity, and confidence
