Now Hiring: Roofing SuperintendentMarMac RoofingMarMac Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial re-roof and new construction projects. We specialize in low-slope roofing systems including TPO, modified bitumen, metal roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal.This role is responsible for managing crews, maintaining quality control, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily jobsite operations for commercial re-roof and new construction projectsSupervise crews and subcontractors to ensure quality, efficiency, and productionEnforce all safety standards and company policiesCoordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries with vendors and project managersEnsure installations meet manufacturer specifications, plans, and project requirementsWork closely with project managers on scheduling, sequencing, and manpowerCommunicate with clients, general contractors, and inspectorsComplete daily reports, job logs, and progress documentationIdentify and resolve jobsite challenges proactivelyQualificationsExperience in commercial roofing and/or new construction roofingStrong knowledge of TPO, Modified Bitumen, Metal, and waterproofing systemsProven ability to manage crews and jobsite operationsAbility to read plans, specs, and coordinate with GCs on new construction projectsStrong understanding of jobsite safety (OSHA knowledge preferred)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance incentivesConsistent pipeline of commercial re-roof and new construction workOpportunity for advancement in a growing companyPerformance-driven culture focused on accountability and executionHow to ApplySubmit your resume or contact us directly to learn more about joining the MarMac team.
