The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps, crown and bridge, comprehensive treatment planning, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.Dates: June 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-26, 29-30, July 1-2.Schedule: Mon-Thur 7:30a-5:30p lunch 12:30p-1:30p, Fri 8a-1p no lunchPay Range: Starting at $125/hourClinical ScopeSurgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planningExtractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.RequirementsActive Illinois dental licenseActive DEA with all schedulesCSR if required by the stateExperience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
