Job Functions:Live and embraces American Social Vision and Core ValuesHelps create Memory Moments for all American Social GuestsReports to work on time and prepared for the shiftFollows all Image and Appearance standardsHas a positive attitude and provides the best service possibleCleans and prepares tables for new guestsCommunicates with Hosts and Managers using radios for tables updates and other needsSupports restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environmentPractices teamwork during all shifts and supports both FOH and BOH prioritiesWorks cohesively with all Team MembersFlexible to assist in other departments as requestedWorks well under pressureFollows the direction of the Managers on dutyRefill non-alcoholic beveragesKeep company restrooms up to clean standardsMaintain proper sanitation & cleanliness in all work areasPre-bussing and re-setting tables with a 3 minute timeframeQualifications:Minimum of 18 years of ageAbility to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM - 3AMWorks assigned scheduled shiftsFood handling certificate a plusFluent in English; able to speak, read, writeAbility to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracyAbility to transport items up to 30 poundsRemain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shiftSatisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understandingMust be available to work weekends and holidays
