AVP, Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented software engineer to join our team. As an AVP, you will work on strategic projects, support post-trade functions, and contribute to our product roadmap. Your role is crucial in driving our software development initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve our goals.Work on greenfield and brownfield projects in Post Trade Technology, supporting various post-trade functions and handling Business as Usual requests.Propose improvements to development and support activities, ensuring efficient processes.Troubleshoot and resolve production system support issues, maintaining high system uptime.Perform software maintenance and upgrades, ensuring the stability and performance of our systems.Liaise with different teams to resolve dependencies and ensure timely delivery of projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.Document and communicate technical designs, ensuring clear and concise documentation for future reference.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high code quality.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
