This organization builds scalable software platforms that support critical operations across manufacturing, supply chain, sustainability, and operational efficiency.These roles offer the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications in a fast-paced, Agile environment, partnering closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirementsPerform both manual and automated testing across web and backend applicationsIdentify, document, and track defects using established defect management tools, ensuring timely resolutionAnalyze business and system requirements to ensure testability and coverageCollaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams to maintain quality standards throughout deliveryExecute regression, integration, and performance testing to validate new and existing featuresParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing quality-focused insights during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesPrepare and communicate clear test results, metrics, and release readiness reports to stakeholdersQualificationsRequired QualificationsExperience with C# or Node.jsProven experience working as a QA Engineer within the software development lifecycleStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience with Agile/Scrum development environmentsHands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)Familiarity with version control systems such as GitExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teamsExperience with C#/.NETExperience with Node.jsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience developing or maintaining automated test frameworksWorking knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Azure Load Testing)Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest AssuredKnowledge of SQL and database testing conceptsProgramming experience for test automation using languages such as .NET, Java, or JavaScriptBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family's needs.
