Their work focuses on distinctive private residences where design excellence and technical precision go hand in hand.They are currently seeking an Architect with 5–10 years of experience to support an ongoing exterior core & shell renovation project through June . This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys highly technical detailing and building envelope work within a collaborative, design-driven studio environment.This role is primarily remote (4 days/week) with one day in the Jersey City office .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce construction documents for high-end residential projectsProduce detailed wall sections, exterior assemblies, and façade detailingSupport design development and technical coordinationCollaborate with consultants and internal project teamsAssist in advancing projects through key documentation phasesRequired Qualifications5–10 years of professional architectural experienceMust have experience with exterior core & shell scope on residential projectsMust have strong experience producing brick veneer wall sections and detailed exterior assembliesStrong AutoCAD proficiencyDemonstrated experience producing construction documents and exterior detailing packagesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environmentEducation• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)Compensation$40–$55/hourIncrease in salaries:We have a proven track record of negotiating above-market salaries for our permanent placements and hourly rates.Recruiter:Elaine Gross-Kraussegross@cons4arch.com
