ForgeRock Engineer

Position Overview: Set Solutions are seeking a skilled ForgeRock IAM Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and maintaining ForgeRock Identity and Access Management solutions to meet the organization's security and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain ForgeRock Identity and Access Management solutions. Develop custom authentication and authorization modules as per project requirements. Configure and customize ForgeRock components such as OpenIDM, OpenAM, and OpenDJ. Integrate ForgeRock IAM solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams in implementing IAM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ForgeRock IAM implementation. Stay updated with the latest ForgeRock releases and security patches, and apply them as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that align with business objectives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, installation guides, and user manuals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in implementing and managing ForgeRock IAM solutions. In-depth knowledge of ForgeRock components such as OpenIDM, OpenAM, and OpenDJ. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and directory services. Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: ForgeRock certification (e.g., ForgeRock Certified Access Management Specialist). Experience with cloud identity solutions such as ForgeRock Identity Cloud. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Set Solutions, a Trace3 company, is supporting a client.
