Recruitment Coordinator
Position: Recruitment Coordinator/HR Generalist Location: Farmington Hills, MIDuration: 6 MonthsThe ideal candidate will be metrics driven, process focused, strong collaborator with people and have prior recruiting experience. and have demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner collaboratively with Recruiting and other HR team members to meet goals.Maintains applicant tracking database integrity and follow recruiting policy and processes and all applicable laws.Ensures a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing the candidate expectations during the recruitment process.Job Knowledge and Skills:Recruiting/HR Generalist experience preferredWorking knowledge of all aspects of the recruiting process to include sourcing (LinkedIn/Indeed), candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and on-boarding.Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology required. Workday experience preferred.Strong written and oral communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Years of Experience:Three to five years of experience recruiting in staffing or corporate environments required.
