As a Youth Crisis Center Clinician, you will provide crisis stabilization and therapeutic intervention to youth in immediate behavioral health need. Your role centers on building healthy relationships, teaching coping and social skills, providing assessments, delivering counseling, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure stabilization and safe discharge planning.This position includes completing initial assessments, providing crisis counseling, facilitating individual, group, and family sessions, coordinating with service providers, maintaining timely documentation, using de-escalation techniques, and identifying discharge goals.
