People Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Manager of People Operations to own the full people function at OneScreen. This is a high-impact, independent contributor-and-operator role—you’ll be the strategic and executional engine behind everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and culture. Operate and build with a high degree of autonomy.What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Own the full talent acquisition function—partnering with leadership to build pipelines, lead searches, and close the right people at every level of the organizationDesign and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires through offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive experience throughoutBuild and maintain the people operations infrastructure—HRIS, ATS, policies, and workflows—that scales with the companyDrive performance and development programs, including review cycles, manager enablement, and career frameworksEnsure HR compliance across federal and state employment law, benefits administration, and internal policyChampion culture and engagement by serving as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, and by creating the programs that reinforce OneScreen’s valuesServe as a thought partner for org design and buildout.What We're Looking For (Qualifications):5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of owning both strategic and operational responsibilitiesDemonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions (GTM, engineering, ops, etc.)Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, with comfort building from the ground upProven ability to operate independently and manage a broad scope without a large team around youStrong working knowledge of US employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administrationExperience with Rippling or comparable HRISExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsHigh organizational integrity and discretion with sensitive informationHow to Apply:Interested in learning more about what it's like to build OneScreen with us? We'd love to talk!
