Associate Manager, Global Consumer Marketing - Toys and GamesThere is a distinction between Manager and Associate Manager in the Organization. Minimum 3-5 years experience required. Will need to travel to Pawtucket, RI site once per week until the permanent Boston site opens up in the fall. Hybrid onsite Tuesday - Thursday. Key is the person will be hybrid onsite in the temporary Boston address listed above. Will need to travel to Pawtucket, RI once per week ~ 45-60 minute commute each way depending where the candidate lives near Boston.Including some suggested additions to the job description to net us the best candidates for the role:Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights.Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, and regularly report back to inform team strategy and keep brands current.Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Franchise, Retail, PR, Media, Social) to support cohesive campaign execution.Own key components of project execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time, on-strategy delivery.Develop compelling presentation materials for internal stakeholders and external partners.Equip internal and external partners with brand tools and assets (toolkits, guidelines, updates) to enable strong and consistent execution globally.Manage and execute product sample distribution for influencers and partners, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign needs.Leverage emerging tools (including AI) to enhance creative development, efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.
