At AG, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality, with every stitch rooted in our passion for denim.AG Jeans is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Asset Coordinator to support the day-to-day management, trafficking, and distribution of visual assets across wholesale and e-commerce channels. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of all product imagery, ensuring consistency across platforms and partners. This person will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, including retouching vendors, while helping to uphold brand standards across every touchpoint. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a creative operations role, with exposure to both the technical and creative sides of a modern denim brand.This is a full-time, in-person position at our office in South Gate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and distribute product imagery for wholesale accounts and e-commerce (VPI)Oversee asset trafficking across internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryAct as primary liaison with external retouching partner (Ultrafina), including submitting assets, tracking progress, and communicating feedbackReceive and implement live retouching notes from internal stakeholdersAssist with basic, entry-level retouching as neededUpload and maintain imagery within NuOrder, ensuring accuracy and consistencyMaintain and organize digital asset libraries (Box), including file naming conventions and folder structureConduct regular file and site audits to ensure assets are current, properly formatted, and aligned with brand standardsTroubleshoot asset discrepancies and ensure seamless cross-channel executionQualifications1+ year of experience in a similar role within fashion, retail, or a creative environmentStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailFamiliarity with digital asset management systems (Box or similar)Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar retouching toolsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
