Clinicians will work collaboratively with nursing, psychiatric, and leadership teams to provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care while helping consumers safely stabilize and transition back into the community.Responsibilities:Provide crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and clinical assessment servicesDevelop individualized treatment, wellness, and safety plansSupport consumers and families through stabilization and discharge planningPromote a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed therapeutic environmentCollaborate closely with psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary staffMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationAssist in fostering a safe, supportive, and healing environmentParticipate in program development, staff trainings, and quality improvement initiativesQualifications:MUST possess active New Jersey LCSW or LPC licenseMinimum 2 years of experience working with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Crisis, Inpatient Psychiatry, Behavioral Health, or Co-Occurring populationsStrong clinical judgment and crisis intervention skillsPassion for community Behavioral Health and program developmentBilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians encouraged to applyThis is an incredible opportunity for clinicians who want more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to help build something meaningful, innovative, and impactful from day one.
