Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Industry: Industrial ManufacturingLocation: Lowell, MA (on-site)Compensation: $225K - $275K base salary plus bonus (depending on experience)We are currently seeking candidates for a CFO position based in Lowell, MA, with a well-established, privately held manufacturing company. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and play a key role in driving the company’s financial and operational strategy. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to work closely with ownership and senior leadership to lead strategic initiatives, enhance financial operations, and implement new systems and processes.Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of finance and accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementOversee cost accounting and financial operations within a manufacturing environmentDrive the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP systemEnhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and internal controlsPartner with executive leadership on strategic planning and decision-makingManage relationships with banking partners, auditors, and external advisorsLead, develop, and optimize an established finance and accounting teamOversee multi-entity financial reporting and consolidationQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 10+ years of accounting & finance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong background in: Cost accounting, Inventory-driven operations, Cash flow management and forecastingPrevious experience supporting ERP implementationsExposure to multi-entity or consolidated financial structuresDemonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and execute initiativesIf you are interested in learning more about the role, please send your resume to Brian at bdaley@daleyaa.com.
