Our sales team uses a consultative selling approach that educates our customers on the features and benefits of our homes along with the various financing possibilities.Job Responsibilities:Meeting monthly | quarterly sales goalsMaintaining a high level of customer satisfactionProspecting, marketing & promoting new businessFollow up with prospects throughout the sales processMaintaining a relationship with the Realtor communityWorking & communicating effectively with customers & team membersThe ability to explain the financial and mortgage processAbility to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month and eveningsAdditional responsibilities include:Presenting purchase agreementsAssisting customers in selecting a financing program that meets their needsDemonstrating home sitesUnderstanding and demonstrating blueprints | site plansRequirements: The ideal candidate will have:2 to 4 years of demonstrated, successful sales experienceBachelor's degree preferredStrong problem solving and communication skillsValid US work authorizationCurrent Driver's LicenseCompensation$65,000 Base | 3 Month Training Program Then drops to $28,000 Base + Commissions | Average is about $180,000 a yearSelling Homes | Ranging between $350,000 to $900,000Excellent Benefits | 401K Plan Match
