ER RN - Arapahoe, Wyoming

Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic Emergency Room setting, ensuring patient safety and quality care by applying the Nursing Process in alignment with state regulations and hospital policies. Your role includes utilizing critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to anticipate and plan patient care effectively. You will supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members based on their capabilities while maintaining your clinical competencies through ongoing education.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive care to Emergency Room patients, prioritizing safety and quality.Apply advanced nursing judgment in fast-paced, acute situations.Supervise and provide direction to assigned staff, coordinating patient care activities.Maintain required clinical certifications and participate in continuing education.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Flexibly float between multiple campuses as needed to meet census demands.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Current Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license (must be attached with application).Minimum of 1 year recent experience working in the Emergency Room.Certifications required (copies must be attached): ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC through the American Heart Association.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage patient care priorities effectively.Strong critical thinking and communication skills.Location Overview: Arapahoe, Wyoming, offers a peaceful small-town environment surrounded by beautiful landscapes and natural attractions.
