Speech Language Pathologist
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals of all ages improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Provide speech therapy to patients, including children in pediatric settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge in daily practice
- Offer early intervention services to address speech and language delays in children
- Apply physiology knowledge to address swallowing difficulties
*Qualifications*
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
