AJO Engineer/ArchitectRemoteRole SummaryAn AJO Architect owns the end-to-end technical architecture for Adobe Journey Optimizer within the Business–AXP integration program. This role is responsible for designing scalable, governed, and high-performance journey orchestration patterns that translate Business decisions into precise, multi-channel customer activations via AXP.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the AJO reference architecture for the Business–AXP integration, including journey topology, event model, and channel activation patternsDesign the end-to-end journey orchestration strategy flow from Kafka through AXP Streaming API into AJO journeysLead the AEM–AJO integration architecture for content fragment delivery, template exposure, and variant management across all channelsEstablish AJO governance standards: journey naming conventions, versioning, testing protocols, suppression logic, and frequency cap enforcementDesign the channel-specific journey patterns (Email Top 3, SMS Top 1, In-App/Push Top 1, Web, Direct Mail, Call Center) aligned to Global Communication Rules and ConstraintsArchitect the exposure event (exhaust) capture mechanism from all AJO channels, ensuring real-time feedback to AXP Events ProcessingGuide AJO Engineers with technical standards, design patterns, and code review on journey configurations, event mappings, and content personalization logicPartner with the AXP Architect, RT-CDP Leads, and Integration Team to align journey architecture with the broader Unified Activation LayerLead technical discovery, solution design workshops, and architecture documentation for AJO workstreamsSupport migration and scaling strategies for high-volume, real-time journey executionCore SkillsAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – advanced architecture, journey patterns, event model designAEP/RT-CDP – profile consumption, segment evaluation, identity resolution within journeysAEM integration architecture for content fragment and template deliveryEvent-driven architecture patterns (Kafka, AXP Streaming API, event-driven feedback loops)JavaScript, REST APIs, AJO expression languageGovernance, performance optimization, and scalability design for real-time journey executionClient-facing technical leadership and workshop facilitationTypical Experience8–12+ years in MarTech, digital, or data architectureTechnical lead or solution architect on large-scale AJO/AEP programsProven experience designing multi-channel journey architectures with real-time decisioning integrationAdobe certification preferred (AJO or AEP Architect)Thanks & RegardsShyam (SAM)Sr.RecruiterEmail: sam.s@navasoftware.com
