This role owns the full planning and execution of 360° retail and marketplace marketing, ensuring strong sell-through, consistent brand presence, and measurable lift across partners such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and other retail channels where Shapermint is scaling. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, Brand, Product, and Retail Partners, driving high-performance retail marketing that strengthens Shapermint’s visibility and growth in the U.S. market.Lead strategy and execution of integrated 360° retail marketing campaigns across marketplaces, retail.com partners, and coordinated online retail activations.Drive sell-through performance through strong storytelling, optimized product presentation, strategic seasonal moments, and enhanced digital shelf presence.Own co-op marketing planning, budget allocation, and ROI measurement for retail partners.Support retail launches, promotional events, and activation plans with Amazon, Walmart.com, and other growing retail partners.Guide cross-functional teams to ensure consistent retail messaging across retail.com, paid placements, content, and on-site representation.Standardize dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, sell-through visibility, and ROI across retail channels.Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth, Creative, Product, and Sales to ensure alignment between retail opportunities and Shapermint’s core marketing strategy.Use AI-driven tools to enhance reporting accuracy, speed, and creative optimization across retail placements.Requirements10+ years in retail marketing or marketplace marketing, with experience leading multi-channel campaigns across retail.com, digital media, and brand activations.Direct experience working with major U.S. retail partners or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Kohl’s, etc.).Strong understanding of apparel, intimates, or consumer fashion, ideally within a high-velocity DTC or retail-driven environment.Proven ability to manage retail partner communication, joint business planning, and co-op marketing programs.Highly data-driven, with strong analytical skills to evaluate sell-through performance, retail media efficiency, and ROI.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and internal teams.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with ambitious goals and high visibility.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools (Asana), and familiarity with AI-based reporting and optimization tools.
