Full Stack Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Partner to design and develop high-quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.• Apply internal software deployment platforms, methodologies, and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.• Write and maintain unit and integration tests, and perform debugging to ensure software quality and performance.• Make suggestions for improving software development and deployment processes, and implement approved standards for increased efficiency and reliability.• Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.What You'll Need• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.• Experience building, scaling, and supporting full-stack applications using technologies such as React, Java (Spring Boot), Python, and GoLang.• Strong foundation in relational databases, with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL.• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps delivery practices.• Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud-native platforms.• Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $90,000 - $120,000 plus potential for a discretionary incentive award.• Comprehensive benefit program including medical and other benefits.• Opportunity to work on diverse business needs within a specialized portfolio enterprise.• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for software development and deployment processes.Apply via Haystack today!
