Must have hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, chillers, or HVAC service operationsThe CompanyIndustry leader in refrigerant services, recovery, and environmental solutionsStrong focus on innovation, sustainability, and reducing greenhouse gas impactKnown for technical excellence, safety culture, and ongoing employee developmentGrowing national field service team with long-term career opportunitiesThe PositionPerform independent HVAC/R service calls including maintenance, repairs, and refrigerant recoveryDiagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and chiller systems, including electrical and mechanical componentsSupport complex projects such as retrofits, decontamination, and large-scale refrigerant workCoordinate tools, materials, and jobsite logistics while communicating with customers and internal teamsMentor junior technicians and assist in developing field capabilitiesThe DetailsMedical, dental, vision – full benefits packageStrong focus on training, safety, and career advancementHigh travel role: up to 100% regional travel + ~20% national travelOvertime opportunities and exposure to advanced technical projectsKey ResponsibilitiesExecute HVAC/R service work, refrigerant recovery, and preventative maintenance with minimal supervisionTroubleshoot system issues including leaks, compressors, controls, and electrical componentsAssist with complex projects such as refrigerant conversions and chiller servicingCoordinate jobsite activities, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operationsTrain and mentor junior technicians in safety and technical proceduresCommunicate with customers and complete service documentation using digital toolsQualifications Required:1–3 years of HVAC/R field service experienceEPA 608 Universal CertificationOSHA-10 (or equivalent)Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirementsStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independentlyPreferred:Experience with chillers, refrigerant recovery systems, or industrial HVACOSHA-30, HAZMAT, or additional safety certificationsManufacturer training (Daikin, Carrier, Trane, etc.)CDL Class B with HAZMAT endorsement (plus)Technical school or HVAC/R certification.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: On the road
