This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for coordinating each phase of disaster restoration, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, inspecting, and team management. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently, with a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction, while maintaining transparent communication with clients, vendors, and staff.Qualifications Proven experience managing reconstruction or insurance restoration projects, including residential and/or commercial rebuilds resulting from fire, water, storm, or other property damage lossesExperience coordinating and communicating with insurance carriers, adjusters, and property owners throughout the reconstruction processAn understanding of insurance restoration workflows, including scope development, supplements, change orders, and project documentationExperience with reading Xactimate scopes preferedHave current existing relationships with sub-contractors in the areaDemonstrated ability to manage reconstruction projects from initial scope and planning through final completion, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality controlKnowledge of reconstruction methods and industry standards related to residential and commercial restoration workProven ability to lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining project timelines and customer satisfactionStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-stress or disaster-related situationsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
