Seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Electronics Durability Engineer with a Secret clearance to support diverse defense programs.Responsibilities include performing electronics durability analysis, leading analysis efforts, owning requirements, mentoring engineers, and presenting technical results.Requires experience in thermal/structural analysis, fatigue design, and durability methods, with proficiency in CAE software (e.g., ABAQUS, ANSYS).Qualifications vary by level: for Principal, 5+ years in electronics design and analysis; for Senior Principal, 8+ years. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain clearance are required.Preferred: active clearance, advanced engineering degree, and experience with vibration analysis or electronics production quality.This role involves travel (10%), no relocation assistance, and offers competitive benefits and salary ranges.
