HR Content Project Manager
Our global People Operations team is dedicated to delivering a seamless and positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Within this team, the HR Technology group focuses on the digital experience ecosystem, partnering closely with Engineering, product managers, UX researchers, and strategic teams across various operational processes and programs. We are seeking a seasoned expert in enterprise content management, editorial workflows, communications planning, and cross-functional collaboration within dynamic and complex environments.
Role Focus: This role is centered around assessing, collecting, and disseminating information to employees across the company's internal platforms. The successful candidate will align cross-functional teams across the enterprise on content creation and distribution, including content structuring, tool selection for content consumption, content display on various surfaces, and the end-to-end content consumption process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with 100+ cross-functional, global stakeholders to understand their challenges, needs, and goals related to their program content and knowledge representation
Assist in prioritizing organizational goals, strategies, and key initiatives related to content management
Consult with team members and cross-functional partners on their communication and change management strategies
Translate complex source content from multiple teams/stakeholders into user-friendly language that guides employees through often complex processes
Partner daily with program owners and internal communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging timing, tone, and desired outcomes
Develop and maintain editorial workstream plans, creating an efficient and scalable system to track, anticipate, and coordinate upcoming content needs of our global stakeholders
Provide ongoing program updates and reporting to stakeholders, demonstrating comfort with data & analytics
Identify future opportunities and strategies to advance content management strategies
Conduct workshops, meetings, and trainings to promote, align on, maintain, and improve content management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a similar field
4+ years of experience in project or program management in operations, learning & development, or communications
Experience executing independently at both the strategic and operational level
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with content management systems and user editing tools
Experience learning new concepts, workflows, processes, and products, and translating them into digestible content
Experience working collaboratively across a wide variety of functions to drive effective outcomes
Experience working on a team with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities
Experience as a technical writer, copywriter, or editor, and the ability to quickly assess the writing skills of others
Proficiency in UX best practices, content design, and SEO
Proficiency in project management, but formal certification not required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with benefits, compensation, health care, payroll, and related HR topics
Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
Experience in a fast-paced, Big Tech environment
