As a key leader in our team, the Foreman will oversee the installation and maintenance of large-scale rooftop solar systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising installation teams, operating and managing heavy equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and performing routine carpentry and system maintenance as needed. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met to the highest standard.QualificationsProven Supervisory Skills, with experience leading teams and managing onsite operationsExperience operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment in construction or energy projectsStrong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholdersProficiency in Carpentry for solar rooftop installations and related tasksKnowledge of Maintenance practices for ensuring the safety and longevity of solar energy systemsCommitment to following safety standards and regulationsPrevious experience in solar energy or construction is a plusAbility to work on rooftops under varying environmental conditions
