You'll lead a small team and manage all accounting activities for the plant. Your key responsibilities will include:Managing, coaching and mentoring a small team in the accounting departmentLeading the site budgeting and forecasting processesOverseeing the cash flow processCompleting financial analysis on a regular basisExtracting data and generating reports in the ERP systemLeading the month and year-end closing processCompleting journal entries and reconciliationCollaborating with team members to maintain and improve accounting processesOther duties as directed by managementQualified candidates should be strategic minded, analytical, hands on, approachable and able to communicate at all levels.
