Temporary Account Director (May - Dec)

This is not a traditional Account Director role.You'll lead a social-first and experiential account for a leading category-defining consumer tech brand.The work spans always-on social, cultural activations, and campaign moments, all at the intersection of culture, community, and innovation. This brand expect a partner who can move at the speed of social while thinking several steps ahead.You are equal parts business lead, strategic partner, and operator. You know how to build trust with senior clients, translate ambition into clear plans, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver work that shows up in culture, not just on a content calendar.You are comfortable in the gray. You bring structure where it's needed, push when it matters, and stay close enough to the work to keep the quality bar high. You are a hands-on leader.Location: Minneapolis, Los Angeles, or New York.
