Timken invites graduates to join the Service Engineering Development Program at our North Canton, Ohio headquarters. You will engage in a comprehensive six-month training, becoming the technical expert to solve customer problems and support internal and external teams. Upon completion, you will be placed in a regional office, collaborating with sales, quality, manufacturing, and engineering to identify needs and provide hands-on solutions.
