We aren't just looking for someone who can "make things pretty"; we need an architect who understands how data flows through a modern web application and how to optimize that journey for the user.### Core ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership: Design and maintain scalable frontend architectures using React.js, ensuring modularity and performance.State Management & Data Flow: Implement complex state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Zustand) to handle asynchronous data and server state.Advanced API Integration: Consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs with a focus on security, error handling, and data normalization.Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on Core Web Vitals and efficient rendering patterns.Mentorship: Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior/mid-level developers to maintain high code quality standards.### Technical RequirementsReact Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience with React (Hooks, Context API, Suspense).State & Fetching: Deep experience with TanStack Query (React Query) or SWR for efficient caching and synchronization with the backend.TypeScript: Strong proficiency in writing type-safe code to reduce runtime errors.Browser Mechanics: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or SCSS), and the DOM.Testing: Proficiency in unit and integration testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.Tooling: Experience with modern build tools like Vite, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.### Preferred "Bonus" SkillsExperience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).Knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo Client).Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time data updates.A keen eye for UX/UI design principles and accessibility (a11y).
