Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of prototype development, solution design, and process optimization. This role requires a highly execution-focused individual who can leverage modern AI tools, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive programs end-to-end with strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program execution from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met Build and iterate rapid prototypes (PoCs/MVPs) to validate ideas and solutions Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier) to enhance productivity and decision-making Eliminate redundancies across workflows, tools, and processes Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams Track progress, follow up proactively, and ensure strong execution discipline Document processes and maintain clarity using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in technical program management / solutioning / consulting Proven experience in building prototypes or MVPs (hands-on mindset) Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Digitally native with strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI/ML-driven projects or digital transformation initiatives Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms Background in cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud) Certifications in program/project management (PMP, Scrum, etc.) Key Job Details Job Title:Technical Program Manager (AI-Driven Solutions & Process Excellence) Location: Remote Country: USA Type: Full Time
